    Hey All,

Picked up a 4runner last November. Always wanted one. Finally got around to it.

Have ordered a bunch if stuff. Full C4 skid plates, C4 low pro winch bumper, ADS lift. Just waiting on rear shocks for the lift.

Having an issue with the low pro though I wanted to run past everyone. The Baja 30" I ordered from C4 doesn't seem to fit very well. Anyone have this issue? There's a ton of space between the light and the bumper. But there's more space on the right side than the left. I could weld something but I sure wish I did that before powder coating.

Welcome from Wisconsin! Is there some way to tweak or refabricate the mounting tabs? Notice there is not much extra to "adjust", or maybe you can 'slot' the hole on the mounting tabs.

Curious, did you fab a rolling stand for your new bumper?

Can you flip the brackets that mount the light bar to the bumper? Can you re drill the holes in the bumper tabs to better align the light bar?

The messed up thing about this is yes slotting might would work but the nuts hit the bumper already so i would need to get thinner nuts for these bolts and maybe thinner bolts. But still might be cutting it close as the bolts may hit the bumper and still not have the light lined up very well. I think I'm going to weld the tabs in place where they need to be.

wont work with the brackets flipped the other way. Little too wide, bracket-light assembly won't fit, and light still would not be flush.

Yeah had the metal laying around and as you can see how messy the garage is right meow I fel it necessary to be able to easily move the bumper around. Plus it's a really awkward shape and doesn't stand on it's own so it would be difficult to work on.

Seeing that you've already powder coated the new bumper, I wouldn't modify that in any way because you're going to give up the corrosion resistance. I'd suggest doing any modifications to the brackets that came with the light bar or maybe even fabrication new ones out of stainless steel.

As for the gap between the front of the light bar and the back edge of the bumper, once you level that up, remember that you need some room there to aim the bar.
