2014 44unner limited

2014 4 runner Ltd 27k miles bought new. Took in for 30k service and when picked up veh noticed blower motor has a clicking sound on low fan. Obnoxious. Dealer said that is normal sound and all 4 runners has it. I don't believe that. First time in 2 years my wife put I could hear it. Any input or there?
