I completely stole this idea. Thanks, its a great one! We have the Luno air mattress. Had to go with half sheets of 1" foam board. Cut to fit and stacked, then duct taped around the perimeter like yours. The foam board is still fairly soft for stacking stuff on top of, so I had the OEM cargo mat gathering dust in my basement, trimmed off the edge closest to the rear seats to flatten the transition gap, attached it with small screws and then Gorilla taped it the rest of the way. It sits on top of the Husky mat. Fits snug and I'm pleased.

Amazing work! Have you taken it out for a spin yet? Any chance you would be willing to share the measurements you used? I too can't get them to get back to me and I'm not afraid of trying to build my own either.

I know this is an older thread but I was one of the lucky ones and actually received my product. I'm happy to measure it up if there is still an interest.

@benutne if you wouldn't mind, that would be AMAZING! Need the lengths of
    • the piece that hangs on the hook on the back seat,
    • the piece that goes over the wheel well
    • the actual dimensions of the lumber itself - it looks like a 2x4 [1.5 x 3.5] but I suspect it may actually be slightly smaller.
Very glad to hear you received yours. I see the site is now complete closed [probably for the best]. Take care!

OK then. I'll pull it out from under the bed tomorrow. One thing I know for certain is they are NOT 2x4s.

@lady_bree I should also mention the whole thing is made of cedar. I think cheap pine would work to template it out but if you like the idea and design, go with something sturdy. Plus the cedar smells great.
