    The plastic "sticker" on the front of the rear fender flare? Mine is cracked and I can't find a replacement (probably because I don't know what to call it).

    I think it’s just some type of 3M vinyl adhesive to protect against rocks.

    Any wrap shop that has access to a template system for wrapping 4Runners can cut and install or cut only---if they will. Or, they can hand cut them for you after making a template.

    Yeah, that was put on from the factory. I have it on mine (which I bought new). It's supposed to be a clear film to prevent rock chips. Most people just remove it.

    that is called a stone guard. You can get someone to cut it or order the exact one from toyota
