alternator trouble

    I forgot to remove the positive cable before removing the wire from the top of my alternator and it grounded out. When I relaced the alternator and wire my truck will not start. WHAT HAVE I DONE? I replaced all fuses in kick panel am I missing something? PLEASE HELP

    I changed some lights, tires and tinted windows...mind blowing huh
    not sure but do you have a fuse block under the hood as well? and by not start like not crank or won't fire?

    Yes block under hood. Not cranking at all. 1 light on dash CHARGE
