Ok so I'm new to Toyota but not new to Alexa or using it in my car or technology in general. I have been scrolling to see if this has already been answered so here goes. Alexa is fantastic! It's great for hands free everything in cars. Why does Toyotas technology suck!?!?! I have had to download multiple apps to get it to work and it doesn't work like it should or stops after playing one song! The screen tells me to connect to my Toyota app but looking at the app, I am connected. Then I had to download a car Alexa app to get it to work. I have a Pixel 6 Pro. I'm not stupid. It shouldn't be this difficult! Any suggestions?

No the toyota app is garbage. Alexa works seamlessly after the initial link in my BMW. The 4runner has a difficult time holding connection or even connecting at all
