99 4runner break switch wiring burnt up!!

99 4runner 3.4

lift, tires, kc lights, brush gaurd

so this is kind of strange but i took my runner in to get new tires put on. well when i left my right blinker would just stay on and buzz the whole time. so i just figured maybe a bulb. well i got home later and went to check it out and all bulbs where fine so i went to check the break switch and the wires going to the break switch are all melted together. will that be tuff to fix and where do i even start? I'm a fairly good mechanic but wiring is not my strong suit..
