96 4runner rolling on 265s

Hey Gang

New here so bear with me.. i have a 96 4runner 3.4 auto that does not blow heat to defrost the front window but will bake you out of the back seat, it will blow cold air up from the vents but just doesn't get warm/hot at all ... any idea's
