95 4 runner rough start in the morning

    Hey guys, I have a 95 runner. My check engine light recently came on and now the intial start up in the morning takes a while and is kind of rough. Only on the initial start up though. After that she starts right up.
    The code is 11 and lists ECU(+b) momentary interruption in power supply to ECU??? And one know how to fix or further diagnose the problem ??
