I have the yellow Phillips bulbs in mine and they work a lot better than stock.

I put the Morimotos in and I've been pretty happy with them

The Philips LED bulbs from Amazon are top notch. Much brighter than stock. If you have Prime, there's a coupon for $20 off so I think they'd be like $120.

I have these & very happy for $24.99 No S&H from Amazon :
Alla Lighting 2800lm H8 H11 LED Fog Lights Bulbs Xtreme Super Bright High Power COB-72 Cars Trucks H16 H11 LED Foglights DRL Replacement, 6500K Cool Xenon White.

And you do NOT have to remove anything on Pax side, Just reach up Unplug/Remove OEM Blub/Install New Bulb/Reconnect plug. D/S Side remove 3 screw/bolts I believ 10mm much easier than phillips screw driver.

No, I’d love to have that option, I’m not willing to tear into my electrical wires to do that mod LOL, about 19 years ago I had a dodge Dakota that could run fogs anytime and loved that feature esp is winter when snows blowing and you can’t see crap with main lights on I’d switch to just the fog lights and could see great.. but I’d definitely love that option.
