I just got a 19 trd off road premium. I had ome suspension on my 08 fj. Was going to do the same for my 4runner. Did you change your uca's when you put it on? I didn't on the fj, do I need to on the 4runner?

How do you like the arb rack? I bought a gobi that I am considering selling.

Why are you considering selling it?

I bought it used, nothing wrong with other than it needs to be repainted. Ehhh, I have had it three years in the garage and just never put it on. I bought the transfer kit too. I am looking for the less is more look. I have actually used my thule rook box much more.

Ahh okay. Thank you for sharing.

I currently have the Yakima timberline towers and the Yakima skybox 16 on stock rails. I often consider a full-length rack to get small/flatter items out of the 4R cargo area with something like a Gobi or possibly a Sherpa Crestone. However, I would like to be able to maintain the ability to use the skybox. From my impressions based off pictures, it looked easier with the Gobi.

Those are my thoughts too. Plus, I detail Shakira all the time, including the roof. To take off the gobi would be impossible by myself versus a smaller flat rack.

the suck part is, I drove cape cod ma, to buffalo New York for the gobi and bought the transfer kit and have never used it. Lol
