    Very interested to know if there is anyone in BC that does top quality 4runner off-road modifications/accessories. Particularly looking at front and rear bumpers, roof racks etc

    Offhand I don't know any in BC, but any good fabrication shop (that fabs bumpers, etc) will ship to BC.

    Never dealt with them but worth a jingle. Not 4Runner specific but maybe they could custom build something.
