Ok time to answer your questions here.

I have no clue how you have missed this sale thread, not paying attention enough, not following up on IG, not watching our forum, hmmmmmmm. :notsure:

    Ok so weights
sliders w/kickout & fill plates ~120lbs for the pair

Full plate front bumper all the goodies ~140lbs (this may be a little less)

As far as using factory fogs it is not set up to run them. Not sure if you could rig something for it to work or not. I know on the Tacoma's some guys have used a U-bolt clamp thing to attach to the tab and hold the factory fog. But there is a tab placed behind the cutout for use with whatever style aftermarket pod you would like to run.

Yeah the Aluminum is around 80 lbs or so.

Ok so as far as install and pickup we can definitely handle that no problem. Did you select local pickup at checkout? When are you planning your trip or are you around when the bumper is done?
I'm glad you are excited about the purchase!

    I get it,
I unbolted everything and removed it. The whole system is completely removable. Didn’t even have a KDSS light after I removed it.

I also agree that for hardcore off-roading, you're going to be better off without sway bars. But, my off-roading is generally pretty mild.

I know to fit the skids with a normal sway bar, you can add a 1” spacer to the IFS skid and it will work. I’m not sure if it will work with the KDSS.

We try our best. Your assesment of us wanting our products out there is spot on!!!! We want to see them used and on people's rigs and their builds. We are also open to constructive criticism and future ideas for product improvement. We try and think of as much as possible but our customers and end users tend to drive future innovation from us. That stuff doesn't fall on deaf ears but we take things into consideration, and if it's viable we make those changes. We are small enough that we are able to do these things and I don't think that philosophy will change with us as long as Eddy and our crew keep that as our top focus.
I am not sure of the exact weights I could be off a little bit there.
So after we complete your order you'll get an email for pickup you'll need to reply to that email with wanting to do the install in the shop. At that time Eddy will work with you on getting you scheduled for install. And goodness yessssss they both can be installed in a day. So I would Recc either the new rigid round sae fogs or the diode dynamics sae fogs if you are looking for "street" legal if not then a set of Baja Designs squadrons.

PSA we are experiencing some delays with freight. But we are working diligently to resolve them. Due to the current situation with this Coronavirus there may be some slight delay in shipping your orders out. We will do our best to get them out to you in a timely fashion. The shop is getting more and more full with completed and ready to ship orders. We aren't slowing production or stopping becaue of this. Please have some patience as we are trying to navigate the situation like you are personally.

    Thanks

@SOS CONCEPTS , here's a picture of the final product. Streamline bumper, primed and painted with Rustoleum truck bed liner. Warn winch fit perfectly! Finished off with the Ultimate Sidewinder.

I couldn't be happier with the bumper!

So let me just put everyone's mind at ease SOS is not going anywhere nor is slowing production or sales at this time period!!!!! We had a productive meeting today and all is well. Plans are in place to deal with this as best we can and weather out the storm of what's going on. Again be patient with shipping as we are running into some delays though not horrendous just slight at this time.

Thanks for all the support fellas!!!

For those that have an order placed and are going to pick up or have installation done. Right now we are putting a temporary halt to pick-ups and installations. This is only temporary until the SC shutdown is lifted. Eddy will be sending those folks who have their order ready Emails about this. Within that email you'll have 2 options either to wait and reschedule or to have the item shipped to you. Trust me this is not what we want to be doing. It hurts us as much as it hurts you. We will do our best to work with you on this situation. We are not shut down though we are still up and running building the products that you ordered

Play this by ear on your order as the shutdown will probably be lifted by the time yours are ready. I PM'd you on it already. We will be emailing those as we know when they will be affected if at all.

Your bumper is being fitted and welded this week. Certain people do certain things. It's only been 4 weeks on an 12+ week lead time for aluminum :anonymous:
We run the way we do to be the most efficient. I'd say having an aluminum bumper getting fitted and welded 1/3 the way through the min. lead time is pretty good considering our competitors are 14+ week lead times some stretching to 24+ weeks . I know this because I just did a total price and lead time analysis and comparison against us. As well as product, website, and accessory comparison. Soooooo............ :D:boink:

I'll get with Eddy on the PDF I think just a few minor tweaks need to be made. If you are still going to make your trip we could arrange a pickup just not an install.

Don't take my last post too seriously I was being a little snarky. Trying to lighten the mood since it's all doom and gloom lately. We still gotta find some ways to have fun right.

Since the sale is still on I might try and sneak some sliders in, but they need to be KDSS compatible. Tell Eddy I can get some measurements if needed but if you look at the under belly of the RCI KDSS sliders and the SOS sliders it would only need minor changes to fit.

Looks like you need space between the 1st and 2nd leg to fit around the box, but you could just take that leg and move it back to between the 3rd and 4th leg. You would also have to ditch the gussets on the top and either put them on the sides or delete them all together.

I'll look into it we completely changed the way we do our legs if you could get me measurements of where the Kdss stuff is located that would be good. I'll text you later on where to measure from for the measurements.
