There is a long thread on another forum. Toyota has a software update that's supposed to fix this

I have a 2020 Trd Pro as well. Have not run into that issue. But my right dash speaker acts like it is possessed. I thought at first it maybe was going out or had a short. It will rattle almost like it is busted. It will do it mostly when listening to Podcasts or Audiobooks, sometimes with music. Then it will seem to work fine for a couple days in a row then it is back rattling again. I really dont know what is going on with it. But I have read on here people have had alot of issues witn the Applecar Play

Seems to be what iPhone you have. I have 2020 Pro. I have iPhone 7plus. No issues with Apple car play since I have had my Pro.

I have a XS Max, I have read on here, where a bunch of people with a 11 or 11 Pro have issues. I been holding out to see if it gets worse before taking it to the dealership and it not doing it while it is there and me wasting my time by them not hearing it.

Search the forums. Toyota released the update for CarPlay issues back in November (fixed for most people). There is a link to download and install yourself in it as well.
