I have the Icon stage-2 on this 4Runner and a 6112/5160 (Top Slot Height adjustment) with 1 1/2" Rear Springs on my FJ. Honestly, I think the FJ has a better ride on the street.

Both vehicles have Slim-Line type bumpers, dual batteries, Compressor and a Winch up front. Both vehicles have the same 285/70/17 Tires.

Both suspensions have adjustable Control Arms. Both suspensions soak up pot holes and rumble on dirt roads very well and are very comfortable. I just think, with everyday driving I would prefer the Bilstein 6112/5160 over the Icon. However, the great advantage with the Icon is the Adjustable Front Coils via spanner wrench and additional height adjustment to 3 1/2". Is this difference worth the EXTRA cost? That is up to you.

The Gobi Stealth and Ladder arrived last week (20+ weeks) and it looks great. They did add a choice of Rack accessary for free, so I chose the Triple Awning Mounts. I will install soon.

Off with the old and on with the Gobi Stealth. The Gobi Rack fits very well and well engineered. Just the Rack up now. I will add the Wind Deflector and Ladder this week.

How hard was separating the wiring? What loom did you use to make it a smooth look? Did you add clips to the loom to keep it in place?

It looks like your UCA hits the spring on full droop. Your 4 Runner looks fantastic. Good choice of market parts. I only ask about the UCA because I’m about to put a JBA on mine, but the coilover will have less travel. But bigger shocks, 2.5. Oops, my apologies, I just realized that those are 2.5 shocks as well.
