Hello, I wish to put helper springs on my 2018 4runner and need some advice on the best way and some manufacturers of these products. I will be towing a small camper and when it is attached the back end goes down. As i think this is a bad thing i would like to add these extra spring to help the car along. Thanks

Air bags would be best in my opinion if you don’t want to deal with lifting the vehicle.

I did Air Lift air bags. Mainly because I wanted to keep the stock ride height when I tow stuff and it keeps the headlight aim good.
And the install was easy enough to do.

A small 12 volt portable would be all you need. Or some air from a gas/convenience station/store.
Even a bicycle tire pump would do the trick, since you're only going from 5psi unloaded to 30psi loaded.
