Does anyone know if i can use the rear housing from a 2016 4runner sr5 to fix my pro rear housing. The end of the housing is bent. the axel is good and runs out straight. Just the housing is bent. A car ran up under the bumper and bent it. I do know that the part numbers are different at Toyota. I wasn't sure if I can modify the sr5 housing to work. I already have the sr5 housing in the back yard. Thanks for any help.

You would need an axle housing from a locker equipped Runner because the 3rd members are slightly different to accommodate the locker mechanism.

So that means an axel from any of the trails, off roads or the pro's?

Yes. Anything that has a factory locker.
