2011 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Head Unit - Swapping to Another Factory Radio?

I have scoured this forum and haven’t found exactly what I need, hope you guys can help!

Just got a 2011 Toyota 4Runner but the guys at the dealership messed up the amp on the back of the head unit. No problem, they gave us a discount and a friend took out the original stereo (86120-35370) and put in an after market stereo. I HATE the thing and much prefer the look of the original head unit. I want to put back in an original Toyota stereo but if I can do a little better than the 35370 I’d love to. I do not have the JBL system and have the most BASIC system, no nav, no steering wheel buttons, nothing special.

I keep finding this stereo for sale online —86120-35490. The 35490 supposedly has SIRIUS and Bluetooth. I can’t find anywhere if it will fit my 4Runner or what wiring kits I’d need to make it fit. (That’s not true, I can plug in my model info and the Interwebs say ALL these factory radios could fit! Not true! ‍♀️) 35490 has two ports on the back that my current head unit doesn’t have. Help!
