Hi guys. 2010 4Runner (key-less entry) back door won't just open no matter what I do. Please I need idea on how to resolve this challenge.

I changed some lights, tires and tinted windows...mind blowing huh

Can you take off the inner panel and manually open it? I have no idea what would be involved here but I would try it, maybe check youtube and see if there's a video on how to do it?
