2003 toyota 4runner issues with heater/climate control

2003 toyota 4runner

i have been having an issue with heater, it blows hot air and blows fine for the first 15min and then get very low air flow from vents, but the fan seems to be blowing like normal. so i replaced the resistor and blower motor, after a week the blower totally quit. the resistor was bad, it keeps blowing the resistors, ever since i replaced the everything. have had electrical connections checked. just cant seem to figure out what is going on.
