Ha! Yeah. The topic of oil brand, oil change interval, viscosity, analysis, etc. has been beaten to death for years. But so has tire brand, gas mileage, CAI, Sprint Booster, skids, lifts, and every other topic on this and any other T4R forum, you name it.

Enthusiasts and those new to 4R ownership get a lot of satisfaction out of researching how to and then doing oil changes. For a lot of folks it’s their first DYI project on a new vehicle. And it’s a good introduction into wrenching in general. And that’s a good thing.

Definitely. There's a new slider shootout/duel/flame war :laser::duel::bananadead::boink::infantry:every so often at the 4R corral...

Speaking of the pedal commander, those things don't really do anything do they?

The Pedal Commander is a magical device, + 220 HP and 310 Lbs. of torque. Much better than superchargers & the likes. I know, because I have one for a long time. :crapstorm:

Whose pedal couldn't use a little commanding, anyway?

Just remember brand of oil doesn't matter at all. Use the proper viscosity.

A washer is used. Its one of those flat washer and it usually sticks to the oil pan.
