I am looking for a possible DIY near plug n play solution.
Take a look and see if I am forgetting a vital piece, here is my solution thus far:

    stock head unit stays

    +

to get the signal to RCA (depending which one I can find cheaper because tariff fun)

    PAC AP4-TY13(R.2)
    https://pac-audio.com/products/ap4-ty13
    PAC AP4-TY14
    https://pac-audio.com/products/ap4-ty14

    +
5 channel amplifier (not yet 100%, might get something with DSP) but:
    Kicker CX660.5
    https://www.kicker.com/CXA6605-4x90-Watt-4-Channel-Full-Range-Amp-with-300-watt-Class-D-Sub-Channel

    or buy once cry once:
    Audison AF MF
    https://audison.com/product/af-m5-11-bit/

    +
    Kolossus 4 Gauge 4 Channel
    https://www.knukonceptz.com/product/kolossus-complete-4-gauge-4-channel-amplifier-installation-kit/

    or
    Stinger SK4241 4000 Series 4
    https://www.amazon.com/Stinger-SK4241-Amplifier-Installation-Wiring/dp/B005QEN8UO?th=1

    + RCA cables
Karma v3 Twisted Coaxial RCA Cable
    https://www.knukonceptz.com/product...-twisted-coaxial-3-6-13-17-20-feet-rca-cable/

    +
this plug solution to connect to factory speaker bundle
    used near the factory amp
    PAC APH-TY04
    https://pac-audio.com/products/aph-ty04

I know the factory amp will have to stay "alive" so the factory stereo doesn't freak.. but I think I can disconnect the speakers? Confirm?

    +
some speed wire (10ft?) sourced at a local stereo shop and crimps to get to amplifier under seat

    +
TacoTune bracket? (don't want to go through carpet) (any alternatives?) +
    Dash + front door solution
    Alpine S2-S69C
    https://www.alpine-usa.com/product/s-series-speakers-s2s69c

If I use these do I simply wire the provided crossover near the amp?

    +
    rear door / hatch
    Alpine S2-S65
    https://www.alpine-usa.com/product/s-series-speakers-s2s65

    +
some adapters for all the locations
    Metra 72-8110 dash speaker plug
    http://www.metraonline.com/part/72-8110
Metra 72-8104 front door speaker plug
    http://www.metraonline.com/part/72-8104
    Metra 82-8146 front door bracket
    http://www.metraonline.com/part/82-8146
Metra 82-TY1 rear door bracket and speaker plug
    http://www.metraonline.com/part/82-TY1
Metra 82-TY1 rear hatch bracket and speaker plug
    http://www.metraonline.com/part/82-TY1

[I need to do the math and see if this might be cheaper]
    https://trailgridpro.com/products/alpine-plug-play-8-speaker-bundle-upgrade-10-24-4runner

+ replacement sub (I found 32 different options)
but I might get silly with:
    DD Audio Digital Designs SL608-D4
    https://ddaudio.com/series/sl600-series/?status=2&global=2
    https://www.woofersetc.com/c-23-sub...8-slim-shallow-600w-dual-4-ohm-subwoofer.html

    +
some sound deadener solution to do inner / outer skin of doors / sub enclosure
    https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Sound-Deadener-14-5″-10-Piece/dp/B07XMF2V77/

    +
debating on using something similar to:
    Install Bay IBSBF69
    https://theinstallbay.com/product/IBSBF69
    Install Bay IBSBF65
    https://theinstallbay.com/product/IBSBF65

I have some basic tools like trim puller and some crappy crimpers/strippers.
might add to this to the pile:
    https://www.amazon.com/Kuject-Connectors-Multipurpose-Waterproof-Electrical/dp/B09BF5P3P4

What other supplies/solutions will I need or should look at?
