    Hello

Got my 2020 4runner yesterday with smart key fob, the rear window can be rolled down by pressing and holding the down key button in the back but the window is not rolling up when i press and hold the up or lock key. I am not sure if i am doing something wrong or is it something else ?
    Any help is appriciated

Probably needs to be set with the infotainment sceen or carista app. The customizable features in the manual will show options and their default settings.

Not always. It could be a safety thing.
