After having installed the Cali Raised cat shields AND done my first self-changed oil, I can only say do yourself a huge favor - if you have or can get ramps to put the front wheels on, you'll thank me later! Jack stands would also help, but they just get in the way of doing these two particular projects.

    Happy installing!

Great tip. I do have a pair of ramps (harbor freight). Being honest, I would have most likely tried to climb under there without them on my first go. I will use the ramps, thanks!

Just ordered mine. They’re having a Memorial Day sale so got them for $170, no tax, free shipping.

I ordered and installed a pair of the Caliraised cat shields on my 2022 T4R on May 2. ….did it in my driveway using my ramps. I am very happy with the product. Hopefully they will be a great deterrent to any low-lifes thinking of crawling under there thinking they are going to just zip off / rip off my cats. It did take several weeks for my kit to arrive after placing my order. No biggy. I think they are well worth it.

Thanks for your patience and feedback! Our cat shields are a hot item, and sometimes take a few weeks to get out! We appreciate you choosing us!

This is exactly what I did yesterday. Used my ramps in my driveway to get under there. Then discovered two bolts were seized and I couldn’t budge them for the life of me. Bringing it in on Thursday to our local off road shop for an install.

Thats a good deal! I wish I would have seen that as I want to get something before having my 4R sit in random parking lots while on vacation this summer.

My bolts were brand new and I still required a breaker bar to loosen them up.

Passenger side. The bigger ones that support the tranny. I don't have a breaker bar, maybe that’s why I couldn’t get them.
