I want to remove my 4runner 3rd row seats. But I do not know what to replace with it. I want the extra space.
I can not build for shit and I am not planning on spending 700 dollars on a goose gear platforms.

My only idea right now is to cover it with the husky liner i have which has a big lip. I dont know if it will do the job or not.
    Any ideas?

Grab a nice piece of plywood and a nice piece of cardboard. Use the cardboard as a template. Trace on the plywood and cut it out with a jigsaw. Paint or stain it a nice color and using existing bolts and that piece of cardboard find a couple anchor points and boom your done. If you want spray the plywood with some nice truck bed liner stuff or something. I bet anyone can do what I just mentioned. Looks like you had enough skill to remove one of the rear seats. This should be a cake walk.

Are you close to Portland, OR? We sold our SR5 premium which had a 3rd row delete kit from Goose Gear. I have that delete plate still but it hasn't sold locally

    None, yet...
Did you do anything to move or change the wiring clips near the back edge? I just removed my 3rd row and those seem to stick up pretty high. Thanks!

I think I trimmed off the access plastic on the top of the clips with a dreamily or knive. Then I had some 1/8” rubber that I trimmed off of a mat to put down between where the wood contacted the body. To avoid noise and tearing up the paint. I’m a wierdo with rust and bare metal, so everything is protected with electrical tape, rubber or wool wax. Wife and kids hate it bc it gets on someone’s cloths every time they come around the rig lol
