Yeah that’s a tough call. You should reach out to westcott designs and tell them what you have and see what they say. They have done so many installs with this lift.

Yea. to be clear, I don't think it's a WD problem. Soft suspension...although if you aren't noticing squat... Do you have skids or sliders? What tire are you running? Spare factory or upgrades?

I have Tyger side steps which are still heavy. That’s about it. I should have taken a pic when the trailer was hooked up so you could see it. But that won’t be happening until mower needs to be serviced again.

Thanks for the info. Going to drop some 45 lb plates back there and do some measuring

No problem. This is just some info if you go westcott. I measure from the floor to my fender. My tires have the same air pressure and my floor is level. Front is 37 and half and rear is 39. I’m inch and half higher in the rear.

For the guys with the wd lift. How big is the top hat spacer that comes with the kit? And is the rear a spacer as well?

I'm kinda thinking of just using. 25" or .5" top hat spacers in the front and dobinson c59-323 springs in the rear. I don't really want or need a lift I just want to level it out and stiffen the rear for the added weight of my gear in the back

You still have quite a bit of rake there? My center axle to fender measurements are that of Jeff’s in the videos.

Got a reply from Eibach asking about UCA, reply was no modification necessary.

Very interested to see how this goes. The wholesale side of Eibach is telling their installers that UCA’s are absolutely required. Keep us posted in this thread with any installs or pictures.

So that says it’s a 2020 4Runner. This new Eibach kit wouldn’t be applicable. Is that a 2020 pictured?

I did not notice it. He posted this on Facebook Toyota 4Runner Pro and said he put the new springs on. Not sure now. Sorry.

Yeah I looked back at his post and I thought he added the new springs but I do believe it’s the older springs. I’m curious also to see what they will look like.

Eibach also say you do not need uca with the stage1 pro truck(non pro) that lifts is 2.75" front 1" rear.

Fyi, but you'll definitely benefit with aftermarket uca. You'll be able to be over 3° castor, which keeps your 4runner from wandering on the highway. Also will help with suspension travel.

And jba uca are the way to go.

So I’m looking to put the Eibach E30-82-071-05-22 springs on my 2023 Trd Pro to handle the weight of new bumpers, winch, and other items, but after reading this thread it sounds like these springs bring the lift up to 3.5”?! So what are all the mods needed to accommodate this amount of lift? Are these necessary, recommend, or not needed?
    UCA’s?
    Trackbar correction kit?
    Bump stops?
    Anything else?

Is there another option for the 23 Pro to beef up the springs for added weight?
This is my 1st 4Runner and I’m love getting into all of this. Thanks!

The new WD 2" front lift and 2" Icon springs in the back may do the trick

This is Eibachs test vehicle with the 23 springs. Looks nose high compare to my SO. upload_2024-4-19_21-10-26.jpg

Any weight in the back and it's going to be squatting. I wish they kept the previous measurements.

Yeah that’s borderline nose high already. Anything whatsoever in the back and it definitely will. This change makes absolutely no sense to me. They should have kept the original lift height or at least make it an option.

Agreed. If they increased the front from 1.4 to 2.5, they should have increased the back 1 inch too. I have to be missing something…

This had to be designed for those who will be adding weight to the front. That’s what Westcott did with their new higher lift up front. Disappointing for sure. I guess I will give the Westcott lift some more thought. Still shocked Eibach is telling people no other mods are needed to run that much lift up front.

Average weight in the back shouldn't squat the rear. Eibach springs have a higher spring rate then stock.

Can anyone who installs the new spring kit please post your lift spec from the center of hubs to the fender for reference?

I’m surprised no one has posted yet with the new springs. When I spoke with Eibach of 2 weeks ago the guy told me they sold 6 sets so far and there were about 30 sets in stock from the first batch. Seen no one yet on Facebook post yet either.

I hope they realize they went too aggressive up front and come out with a revision to bring that front down some. Wishful hoping.
