Every time I turn the wheel left backing out the suspension clunks in the right front.. over the years i have replaced upper and lower control arms and strut , sway bar bushings , along with new factory control arm bolts. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will be looking at it again tomorrow. Thanks for any info.

It could be just the steering stop on the LCA that is rubbing. Look for a shiny spot then put a dab of grease on it.
