08 4th gen 4runner suspension upgrade

    Got a 08 4th gen 4R (148k mi) and looking to upgrade suspension, the most economical way.

    Idea now is to look for 3rd gen tacoma low mile shock+coil on offerup.
    I'm reading the the rear from 3rd gen tacomas don't fit the 4th gen 4R because of bushing.

    What are my options for the rear? a 5th gen 4r spring and shock?
    Or should I just get bilstein 5100 and which type of spring?

    Also what do I need to do for spacers if I get the tacoma set up on the front.
