iPhone volume low on calls

2022 Limited and when on a Bluetooth phone call volume is very low. My phone volume is up. Is this common or am I doing something wrong.

 

New member/owner as wel. I had this issue the other day. It seems the music volume and call volume are separate. When I turned up the volume on the vehicles unit while on a call, it solved the issue. I also found that calls on Apple CarPlay are clearer and the volume is better. Just an observation from a new owner. Good luck.

 

I had to turn up volume on phone while I was on a Bluetooth phone call. Now it’s much better. Read that somewhere and it works.

 

I had the same issue when I first got my 4R. Apple carplay phone calls were fine but over Bluetooth it was low. Turns out it was the volume of the phone itself that was almost all the way down. Easy fix and has been working great ever since
