First question since joining. Be Gentle LoL.

TRACOFF/VSCOFF warning lights won't go off after using a code reader. Any Suggestions?

Toyota turns those on for any Check Engine Light codes.

Did you clear all codes? No check engine light but they are still on?

I cleared all the codes but they remain on and only come on when I shift out of park.

What codes were thrown? Did you check for new pending codes?

Did you check to see that you may have accidentally turned it off? Not sure on the 4th gen, is there a button?

Had a misfire in cylinder 1. Changed all spark plugs and ignition coils. Runs fine now but the TRAC and VSC stays on.

Maybe try disconnecting the battery cables, touch them together for a bit and then reconnect to the battery to do a full computer reset?

Did you unplug the battery when this work was done? Any yellow colored wire plugs left unconnected?
Also there is a RSCA button to the left of your steering column, as well as it turns off when you engage the center diff lock.

Edited: RSCA not a VSC button

I unplugged the battery when I worked on it. Didn't notice any yellow wires.

The wires wouldnt be yellow, probably black wire loom or tape. But there are yellow plugs related to your crash detection system, for example the plug behind your steering wheel for your airbag, or under your seat to connect to the side airbags (I think). Though thinking this through your dash would probably be lit up a lot more if that were the case, so disregard...
