2003 4runner 4x4

I've read a lot on the brake failure and it finally happened. I ordered a new pump motor and replaced it today. Once I put the whole assembly back in my 4runner, the warning lights are still on, the beeping is still on, and nothing happens with the pump motor or the accumulator. I've disconnected the battery and reconnected, same thing. Any words of advice on how to get the abs system reset and/or is there another problem?
