Bumper, Rims, Suspension, Rack, Grill, Engine and Interior work

I'm thinking of getting a new exhaust system or Air Intake. Any suggestions on what to get? Is it a good upgrade? Looking for something I can have a black tip with. I see so many YouTube videos saying either to do it or not to do it. It's a bit confusing.

I would upgrade the exhaust first. Gibson, Magnaflow and Borla are some nice options.
