Apparently Entune 3.0 has been discontinued, at least on the 2020 TRD Pro. I've been locked out of the app and cannot even reregister after reinstalling the app. It will not accept my VIN. And now the 3.0 app is not available in Android Play store (but plain Entune is available). An error message indicated to use the Toyota app that has all the functionality of Entune. But all instructions to update the infotainment system indicate to use the Entune app and the Toyota app doesn't appear to have the update feature. Now how do we update our infotainment system?

Download the Toyota app. Not TFS, not Toyota Owners, simply Toyota. It’s the app that allows for remote start, lock/unlock etc. there’s also a Alexa/Toyota app available but in my experiences the audio quality of apple CarPlay is reduced when using both, it’s nice and loud, once Alexa app connects the output is reduced unless using Amazon music. Note: this is for iOS, as for android i have no experience with that. I also have a 2020 pro and love the fact I can start my truck/wagon watev from my Apple Watch in the deer stand.
