Anyone have the names / part numbers of the actual damaged parts?

Don't know much about the 4runner as this is a a handed down beater, but figured this could be a good COVID project

Some cosmetic damage on the rear door and wheel well of the quarter back. Anyone know how easy it would be to pull these off and bondo / paint? Or how much and where I could buy replacement?

Any guides / content out there for pulling off panels?
