    I'm confused. Is the ATM ( AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE ) PART OF THE ECM ? OR IS IT A STAND ALONE DEVICE WITH ITS OWN LOCATION?

    I can't find much info about this tranny and when I do find something it's often the wrong info I think. My tranny has 2 fluid pans , 4 solenoids , 3 fluid bypass tubes inside the front pan.
