Took an easy trail and recently noticed the collar on the bushing which holds the sway bar in place is beginning to slip off (see pictures). I put in some bilstein 5100 leveling kit so I'm unsure if the dealer will warranty this anymore since it's part of the suspension system (idk?). So I'm posting to see if someone knows what type of tool I would be able to use to loosen and place it properly on the bushing.

It doesn't look to me that the bushing is actually coming out, but that something got wedged between the band clamp and the inside of the bushing and pushed part of the clamp out of its groove. See if you can tap that part of the band clamp back where it belongs, and see if that looks better.

I did try to tap it back into place but only problem is that the clip is so snug around the bushing that it won't budge. I'm thinking that maybe it was too tight to begin with and the lateral movement of the sway bar caused this to occur.

You can't give it a good whack toward the center, right here?
