Fender gap looking very huge with OME BP-51

I totally understand. I think most of us truly work hard on getting the stance that we want and the stance that works best for us because of the weight that I carry and where I go off Roading, I like the rear a little bit higher for departure angle
When I’m driving, I don’t feel the rake at all and when I’m fully loaded as I mentioned with about 400 pounds of gear which I find unbelievable that I carry
It feels really good no squatting

 

Eibach does make an adjustable set rear spring

 

Who did the install? You or a shop?

If it was a shop, did they sell you the kit?

 

It was the shop, I think they added the kit. Here are all the items they mentioned in the invoice.

 

I tried looking up some part numbers on the ARB/OME BP-51 coils. Their descriptions were really vague and convoluted and I couldn't make much sense of expected lift height from each coil option they had in the time I had.

If I were you, I'd go back to the shop that installed this and tell them you you'd like less lift, if possible. For the front, that probably means adjusting the front shocks down (if there's room). For the back, that probably means replacing the rear coil with either a smaller lift coil and/or one with a lighter load rating. The rear coils do not have to be OME either. They can put on any rear coil that meets your preference on lift height and load rating. Bilstein, Eibach, and Dobinson all make rear lift coils for our trucks that are worth checking out.

All the expensive components (the shocks) can remain in place. They will work with these adjustments.

But talk to your shop first to discuss these possibilities.

 

I am thinking that too, will be going for the alignment coming Friday (after 300-400mi) to the shop and will talk to them.

The BP-51 setup has begun to settle after ~250 miles, showing a reduction of 0.74″ front and 0.72″ rear from initial post-install measurements. The current lift over factory-new Limited height is approximately +2.25″ front and +1.4″ rear
