I found Marathon to be a bit busy and overcrowded. We checked out Sombrero Beach while we were out exploring. Still, Marathon has a lot of nice real estate.

Anti-seized the cam bolts and sleeves on the lower control arms.

How the parts are preserved with age can be seen in the pictures. 2019er 4-Runner, last two winters in heavy road salt.
The problem are less the bolts but the sleeves which rust in the rubber bearings of the LCAs.
On the passenger side the sleeve was already rusted tight. Let rust penetrant work overnight,
heat up a few times cool down, a few hammer blows later, suddenly it came loose after all.
That was probably the last chance to get them apart.

Driver's side still came apart without any effort
    20250613_173951.jpg 20250613_174222.jpg 20250613_184034.jpg
    Passenger side already frozen
    20250614_125539.jpg
Anti-seized, also coated the sleeves in the rubber bearings
    20250613_175432.jpg

Don't forget: mark the position of the cams before disassembly. Finally the car with the wheels on the ground to tighten the bolts to torque (as the rubber bearings are clamped and cannot rotate).

Nice write up on predictive/preventative maintenance !
Question: Did you sand the rust off of the inside of the sleeve before reinstalling?
Seems like that would have been one of your steps, but you never mentioned that.

I just scraped out the rust in the sleeve of the rubber bearing with a screwdriver, then pushed a cloth through it a few times. Finally lubricated the inside with copper paste.
Outside of the cam sleeve i cleaned with a steelbrush, before lubing.

So you connected the slide to some plywood. Did you connect the plywood to that sliding platform under it?

    If so, how?

    Yup!

I popped the panel off of the slide and removed 3 m12 bolts. I went to Ace and got 3 more bolts that are longer and drilled holes through the plywood to align with the holes in the slide.

I’ve done this 1 time before because Aiden James SUCKS and never sent my platform. So I made my own. Tomorrow I’ll sand it down one more time and then paint it black.

Wait until the sun beams off the pretend hood scoop. I wrapped half my hood in satin. It adds a bit of contrast but eliminates the glare.

Mission accomplished on the condenser line! Went EA on things (extra anal) and did hose clamps on both ends and zip tied the line to the frame.
