And the other two pairs of wires are self explanatory, each pair connects to a motor in the mirrors :)

I want to add this issue you may run into. Once you take apart the mirror housing, you’ll see a round metal plate with two holes. You can release this plate with a pair of needle nose pliers. Under the plate is a spring and plastic washer. Just rotate it until it lines up with the shaft sleeves. It will then release. As long as the metal plate is removed while the mirror is in the unfolded position, the spring will not shoot out. Once removed, the plate, spring and washer will no longer be used.

When swapping out the mirror arms with the motorized mirror arms. Make sure to remove all the screws on the new motorized arms. These screws will not be used and may effect fitment if accidentally left on. The original mirror arms screws (qyt 7) will all be reused.

Good morning all. I just wanted to 1st thank Daytonaviolet for posting his detailed how to. It was really straight forward but I want to add 1 thing.

When I was looking at the website for these actuators it only went up to ‘18 or ‘19 but NOT 2020. Still thought it would work though. Received them yesterday and installed them this morning. I bought these for a 2020 limited and all worked install wise EXCEPT the unlock detection wire. Can’t speak for any other years/models other than 2020 limited with smart key BUT the harness for the power/lock/unlock is NOT the same. There is NO unlock detection wire in that harness. I pulled my multimeter out and metered the wires in the drivers door where the solenoid is and found that it is a GREEN wire and NOT WHITE. it is in a black 12 pin harness (pin 1 ) right above the harness containing 12v and lock detection. I will include a photo so if anyone runs into the issue I did, here is the answer. EVERYTHING works as expected!
    Thanks again!
    David

Yes, completely missing. Before just probing every wire in the kick, I just made it easy since the door panel was off and went to the source to at least find the color of wire. Obviously hoping it didn’t change color from the door to the kick or from 1 color going in the harness and a different coming out. Gauge of wire was the same, so I easily identified it and luckily it was in that black harness right above in pin 1.

    Here’s a PSA:
I placed my order on 9/9/2020 and paid for faster DHL delivery. Well, it’s been 20 days and no delivery. I got an email from them on 9/19 saying the order was “shipped”. But when I click on the tracking link it still says today for the latest status that it is being prepared for shipment. On a slow boat from China I presume. Buyer beware.

That stinks... I just looked at my order and I purchased on the 9/9, opted for the free slow boat. Got it on the 26th and installed. Sorry to hear that.
I’m sure it will be here soon.

Yes, I reached out and they did respond tonight. They made a mistake and did not give me the expedited DHL delivery. They apologized and will refund my extra delivery payment. And if I don’t get the item next week they will re-send it via DHL. So I’ll just wait and see what happens next week. Fingers crossed.
