Hello folks, I’m looking for recommendations on seat covers. I have a 2001 4runner limited and the leather on the driver seat is starting to show its age. I’ve looked at a couple of different brands but wanted to see if anyone has good seat covers they would be willing to recommend. I did find a set of seat covers on Facebook marketplace for a Toyota Tacoma, does anyone know if those would fit? I believe the years are from 2005 to 2013?

If you have a couple bucks I'd rec Katzkin full leather replacement, easy to DIY too. Katzkin will only sell to shops and theyll try and set you up to get it done. If you want to DIY like I did, I went through Affordable Auto Leather out of Tucson, you can tell John you're a member of Tacoma world, and he'll hook you up

Plan on $825 plus tax for the complete kit. $120 for seat heaters if you want them, and $50 to ship

You can look at my build thread in my sig if you want to see how it turned out. I also ebay'd new foam as the seat cushion on my driver side was torn to shreds for about $50, and bought hog-ring pliers for the job

I bought the Hecasa brand upholstery cover off Amazon for like 25 bucks and took the seat out and replaced the upholstery on the seat bottom. I did this in the driver and passenger side and they look great.

I'd still be interested in knowing what slip on covers work. I have a 97 with fabric seats just starting to wear through.
