So I’ve had my 4Runner for about 3 years, and I’m replacing all rotors, brakes and calipers.

Rear rotors, pads, calipers all went on fine.

HOWEVER, FRONT rotors & calipers are the wrong size.
The rotors I pulled off are 13-1/4”… but the ones I ordered (that matched everything I put in - trim, engine, etc.) are 12.6”.
The calipers don’t fit either. Bolts don’t line up, and they can’t even fit inside the dust shield.

    I have 17” TRD wheels.

Can anyone point me in the right direction (part number?) of the correct rotors + calipers i need to order?

The TRD Sport comes with the larger 338mm rotors
You ordered parts for the other models, i think they are 319mm
Nobody ever tells you this, but its something you normally find out the hard way.

Gotcha… yeah, so I order rotors + pads, only to find out the rotors are too small… AND that I have a seized piston on one of my calipers.
SO, I re-order rotors + pads + calipers (thinking the new calipers will fit the rotors), only to find out that the Sport Edition comes with bigger rotors (338mm, like ya said) AND different size calipers.

So now, $700 later, I found the right casting (13WH) for the right calipers + 338mm rotors…

Its quite genius really, the 2003-2009 "sport" and Limited models got the bigger brakes of the Lexus GX460
Nobody tells you this, the auto parts stores dont know it, and there is little info online until you dig it up all from people who bought the wrong parts and then came online to try to figure out WTF was wrong.
