What is up everyone. I drive a 3rd Gen Supercharged CrewMax Overlanding Tundra and Im active over at Tundras.com. Wife needed a new car so we got her a 4 Runner. She wont be active here, but I will be. She's given me permission to build it up. It will be a slow build. Here it is, 2020 TRD Pro 4Runner.

Going to start with some armor. Need front bumper, sliders, and rear bumper. Im new to 4Runner. I know what Id get for my Tundra and I know most companies make parts for all 3 of the Toyota trucks, but what do you guys recommend?

    Looks good! Congrats!

I recommend changing out the roof rack.

I was half joking and half serious with my comment.

That rack has been a long running form of contention on this forum. There have been multiple posts about it. Some don't like the looks and/or think they're very functional and others love them.

I was just tapping into that sentiment with my comment.

I think the rack could look better if it was extended over the moon roof. The tubes are large as well. I'll be starting my rack soon. 1" round aluminium. I'll have the metal bent by a shop, and the brackets water jet cut, and I'll do all the welding myself. Then take it to get powder coated.

I used the roof rack to hold on when washing, drying or buffing. Otherwise nothing to hold onto. Never did use it to hold anything.

Nice rig op! If I bought a 2020, thats the color I'd want
