Who makes a quality dash kit for a 2019 Ted off-road pro

I am getting my son an aftermarket head unit for Christmas. Trailgridpro has always been good to us but the reviews mention the head unit kit supplied with their products are flimsy.

are there other options out there for the dash kits?

which aftermarket head unit? just a standard double DIN?

I see you mentioned the TRD PRO which will indicate the JBL system, so make sure you have the proper wiring harness as well.

things can get complicated quick with an aftermarket radio, gone are the days of slapping in an Alpine in the 85 Corolla in 30 minutes.

Also note the sound will most likely not improve as the speakers are the real limiting factor.
