I asked Google and this was the answer I got:

2022–2025 Tundra wheels (6x139.7mm bolt pattern) fit the 2023 4Runner, but require 1.25" to 1.5" wheel spacers to clear the suspension due to significantly higher positive offset (+50mm to +60mm on Tundra vs. +4mm to +15mm on 4Runner). Special lug nuts (14x1.5) are also needed for these wheels.
Key Considerations for Tundra Wheels on '23 4Runner:
    • Bolt Pattern: 2022+ Tundra wheels use 6x139.7mm (6x5.5"), matching the 5th Gen 4Runner.
    • Fitment Issues: 2022+ Tundra wheels have a much higher offset, which causes them to sit about 2 inches closer to the frame, requiring spacers to avoid rubbing.
    • Lug Nuts: 2022+ Tundra wheels use 14x1.5 studs, while the 2023 4Runner uses 12x1.5, requiring specific lug nuts or adapters.
    • Hub Bore: The hub bore must match or be accounted for (106mm/95.1mm).
    • Older Tundras: Wheels from 2007–2021 Tundras (5x150 bolt pattern) will not fit.
Summary: Only 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Tundra wheels are compatible with a 2023 4Runner, provided you use wheel spacers.

    None of them

That's not right. Who even makes a 6x139.7 spacer with a 106.1 internal flange and 95mm external flange?

Edit: Apparently a product like this exists

Depends on what you are looking for, these below are a DIRECT swap for a 2010-2024 4Runner
    2000-2006 Tundra
    2002-2007 Sequoia
These two models above have the same 6 lug pattern, same backspacing, and same hub size at 106.1mm

All of the 2007-2021 tundra and sequoia models are 5 lug and will NOT fit
The 2022+ Tundra and Sequoia are back to 6 lug but the offset is wildly different and the lugs are bigger and the center bore spacing is smaller. You need a very expensive set of wheel adaptors to make the newer tundra and sequoia wheels fit.

Thanks Guys, really appreciate the support. More Google research was slightly more obtuse, and a hell of a lot less concise. Thanks again, case
