I recently purchased a 2006 4Runner v8 am looking to do some upgrades in the future. It is stock and looking for recommendations and what you would do with it. It’s white and I really like the white with matte black look. Basically if someone said here’s $1000 what would you do to make it look more beefy?

Suspension. Since it's stock that is probably worn out. Then better tires.

If you want to go economically here is something to look at for a start. There are many set ups, just depends on you really.

I did holstein 5100's on mine and was very happy with the results, pair it with some upgraded springs (from and fj cruiser) or aftermarket and you'll be very happy
