I posted previously about the difference between mag-seat style lug nuts and acorn-seat. Based on the pics I found of what OEM lug nuts look like, I'm convinced they're mag-seat. Here are some pictures of wheels that use mag-seat style lug nuts, and they're all 4Runner wheels:

These are wheels that use acorn-seat style lug nuts, you can see that the holes are different:

I stand corrected! I just went and checked the wheels I picked up the other day as she had also given me her oem lug nuts too and they are indeed this style and that was on the TRD OR wheels. I hadn't taken my wheels off yet and hadn't seen this style on oem wheels prior.

Installed Start-X remote start on my new 2024 ORP. It works perfect and will be a life saver in the AZ summer.

    Lots…
That’s the one with override so the door opening doesn’t shut it off correct? How long was the install?

its not that new one, door opening shuts it off, then restart like normal. We have the factory one in wifes RAV4 (pay yearly Toyota fee) and are use to it working this way, so no issue. its used for summer to cool car down in our 115+ heat in az, this one stays on for 15 minutes until automshut down, perfect.

I bought a set of these...they're shaped exactly like the OEM lug nuts I saw, with a slightly taller body. I was going to get the OEM black lug nuts, which were going to cost about $80 for the set, then realized they're not really "black", it's just a black cap of some kind.

Installed the Alpine Ilx-f509 headunit, Alpine front camera and Kicker underseat 10" powered subwoofer. Had the Alpine underseat 8" powered sub and it was lacking. The kicker is perfect for me. It won't win any stereo competition but this what the 4runner should have came with from the factory. Kicker speakers rounded out the install. Air vents Air flow isn't blocked by the headunit either.

I'm running the Sony 9.5 floating screen 1 700 watt 5 channel and 1 400 watt 4 channel into Hertz 6.5 Millie pro speakers and a JL Audio 12 slim sub. That system will melt ice! The stock stuff was depressing!

That's the one i have too. I just lowered my faceplate a notch and works just fine.

Your sub being under the seat, does it over heat when you turn on the heater? Or do you just not use the foot setting at all?
