Isn't the original spare tire location underneath at the back?

2014 Neglected by the previous owners 2020 is an abused former rental... 2023 New I've been buying above my pay grade ☹️
I did - I gave the ZIP codes of the two dealerships that usually have the best pricing in the country... Sometimes naming the dealership so that they can Google it and find it might lead them to change their incredible pricing. I used to promote a dealership out of New Mexico, but they got enough extra orders that they decided that it was too much hassle and they stopped participating in the program. I don't want to spoil it for the rest of the OEM loyalists. When you go to the main website, go to the item page and it will give you an option to look up dealerships. In my original post, I gave two zip codes of dealers that often have the best pricing available online. At N0rm Reeve$ Toyota in San Diego, they were $201 each. I believe that Str**t Toyota in Western Texas or Spr!ngh!ll in Mobile Alabama also had them at $200.

I, personally, order from out of state so that I can avoid sales tax. I don't know what the shipping turns out to be because the items are pretty heavy. You might need to make four separate orders in order to get the free shipping as I think the free shipping value is capped at $200 per order.

As a side note, I spent time researching what dealers have the better pricing, I suggest you do too. Pick a few ZIP codes across the country. You may discover a dealership that has even better pricing.

I got a set of used Sequoia 17x7.5 / +15mm offsets for my '23 Limited off FBM for $180. Have a new set of 265/70-17 ATs on the way. Plan is to get the Sequoia wheels powdercoated to match the redwood interior, and use the black center caps off the 20" Limited wheels. I test fitted them today, and they work perfectly on the Sequoia wheels. I found a slot in the cap, was able to pry it off using a long screwdriver, then popped it on the Sequoia wheel, and it fits just as tightly. I ordered new TPMS sensors, and will probably order black Toyota lug nuts for the 17s. You got a deal on those wheels, with the sensors and lug nuts, nice score!

Try that 36601... It used to be that the dealer in Mission Valley was the only one that had good pricing. I talked to the parts guy at a dealership along the 94 freeway and mentioned that. Suddenly they started to show up on the map as did El Cajon. Toyota Escondido still hasn't gotten the clue.

$190.05 at this dealer. No idea what they'll charge for shipping though

That is a separate parts network than the official Toyota endorsed one which is accessible through parts.toyota.com (although recently they've changed to autoparts.toyota.com). Toyota typically offers free shipping on orders over $75 up to a shipping value of $200 per order. While dealerships used to ship fluids, it is no longer an option for coolant and oils.

There are quite a few dealerships that have the network that you linked to. I think Longo Toyota out of Los Angeles participates in that particular Network and will sometimes have great pricing on body panels and it is worth a little driving to go get them. I think they're hoping that their great pricing is offset with some recovery through the shipping costs.

Well found a dealer in the state next door with $210 each... ended up $756 shipped after all discounts. Couldn't resist...

Great! Usually, when I see a sale on the nicer rims, it's always that gold/copper color. The black will look great on pretty much everything. POST PICTURES!

That dealer (formerly Boch) used to offer local pickup. Used to be great with no shipping costs and most things being 33% off. For larger items like wheels they might still do local pickup.

I'm jealous of that redwood interior ... on my list to try and find that or red from the Lexus!

My daughter's '23 TRD ORP has that black softex interior (only choice I think?), and my wife's '23 RAV4 XLE has the black interior as well. My '22 Ford Explorer ST had a black interior, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that redwood interior in a 4R (Limited only?). Wanting either nautical blue or met gray with the redwood interior eliminated probably 90 percent of the 4Rs that came up on my search. I found some powdercoat color samples online, and I'm down to either clay brown or copper brown as the closest color on this chart (maybe orange brown?):

My local fabricator modeled this one like the one from “80% Offroad.” I wanted DOM and there was an 8 week lead time, but it their stuff looks good and I’ve seen a few guys use their stuff. They look like a solid option if you don’t have a local fabricator who can do it. Also the stuff from @NguyenWorks looks to be the ultimate in high clearance but you gotta be willing to delete the rear cross member to get the most out of it.

Really didn't do anything to the SR5 but, I did send Toyota a request with copies of my title and receipt from the dealer to get that 2nd fob/key cost of $173.98 reimbursed as they never delivered the 2nd fob that was promised during the chip shortage. Will see what they respond with!

I have these in my truck, and the edges are not sharp. To be honest, until I saw this post, I forgot that I had put them on my truck. They snap into place with ease and stay put. Even when I grab the door handle, I don't feel what separates the black cover from the actual door handle.

Took off the skids and noticed a small leak coming from the oil filter drain plug. Loosened the plug and re tightened it. I think it’s still leaking a bit. Likely the O ring for the plug will need to be replaced?
