    Oooh look, another mod.....

Your video is exactly how the manual told me to do it (I did it on day 1 of owning my SloRunner), and it worked the first time without issues.

Replaced the FJ stick with an AJT V3; Thanksgiving sale finally dropped it into my impulse buy range. Already had the knobs.

City, highway, idling, 12 miles of 4WD crawling up and down. GPS tracked. Driving like an 80 year old, speed limit or lower, minimal braking, lots of coasting. Combined mpg of 16.5 after 136.15 miles

Almost leveled out looks nice and is a big improvement over the stock rake. Also just wanted to say that the Magnetic Gray Metallic with Gray TRD wheels looks fantastic. Great looking truck.

They are great on dry roads, but they will hydroplane on wet pavement, and you will have a white knuckle death grip on the steering wheel in the snow. Hands down the worst tires in snow.

Tried the heated seats for the first time this morning. Took about a 1/2 mile to warm up. Almost the same distance as the engine which made me wonder if they are water filled lol. First time ever having them and it is kinda nice!

It was made by a guy on one of the 4runner forums. I think he only ever made like 8 of them. Very nice piece though. Maintains the OE rear bumper and keeps the hitch usable. And it keeps the tire close to the body.

Generally speaking, we don't have a lot of snow in Mississippi. But saying that, past 2 or 3 winters we've received snow in late Jan or into Feb. I'm probably gonna get some new tires after tax season anyways.

Driven about 150mi, my LF is about almost 1” lower and the rear is exactly 1/2”. Talked to Crikie Mike @Exit Off-road, stated that stock coils are side specific and Dobi’s are not. I will bump up the circ clip to .85 (per his suggestion), and that should level it out. Then I will either stick a 1/2” spacer in the rear once I’ve leveled out the front. Should only take me 45 min to accomplish.

Same issue. Dobs sells a shim for the rear that levels out the difference.

So Black Friday week I had to buy a few things.. Most will take a couple weeks to get here but this small cheap mod arrived yesterday so I installed today. I usually keep my wallet and phone sometimes in that spot on the door.. Saw this and figured why not.. So sticks with 3M tape.. and easy to install.. works for me.. 2023 40th Edition..

New LED lights! For the turn signal. Duuuuuuuude, I never realized how inferior the stock lights were until I swapped them out. They're a BULB! An incandescent bulb. Very dim too!

Before: (with parking lights only on & parking lights/low beams on)

After: (with parking lights only on & parking lights/low beams on)

    The lights: https://www.diodedynamics.com/7443-hp24-switchback-dual-color-turn-signal-led-bulbs.html $56!

I wanted really bright, so I went with the 410Lumen switch back. Holy FUCK, they are bright! Highly recommend. It took about 15 minutes to install them. There's a how to video on their site. Thankfully I have long and skinny arms, I could easily reach in to grab the bulb.

**NOTE** Unplugging the old bulb is easy, it just pulls out. But putting the new one in takes two hands and some maneuvering; because you're doing it blind. The same goes for putting the bulb back in the slot in your headlamp.

Anyone know what this part is called. It has the license plate lights, and handle to open the rear hatch installed in it. I broke the plastic brackets that hold it on the rear deck lid.

Kills me that SSO stopped making this and that Detours was less than stellar at communication. I finally pulled the trigger on the restless off-road swing out during Black Friday.
