I already use a couple of floor cushions and a blanket for these two, so the plastic was ideal for my situation. Plus it gives me a bit of extra protection when I'm using the 4runner like a truck and transporting rougher items in the back.

Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.
Found a station near me this week in NC $3.12. Lowest I've seen in a long time.

No thank you. I'll leave Commiefornia to do their own thing.

I did not know that! Probably 90% of my fill-ups require 20.5 gallons.

Got the Rago dash mount I purchased from another forum member recently and the anytime front/rear (also purchased from another member) installed today. Still need to play with camera positioning a bit but the hard work is done. The shift knobs, climate control knobs, and radio knobs were done a while back. And yes, if anyone sees it, I'm still running the tire pressure way too hot for these - plan to test the core removers this week to being them down to about 28-30

most modern fuel tanks have the pump sitting in a low spot on the bottom of the tank so that its always submerged until you are basically running on fumes. The need to fill up at a quarter of a tank to save your fuel pump from overheating are from much older vehicles and really no longer applicable.

Most soccer moms driving 4 runners are running them until the low fuel light comes on, if it was an issue we'd be seeing a lot more folks complaining/suffering fuel pump failures.

There's certainly nothing wrong with filling up at a quarter tank, but your fuel pump doesn't care one way or another.

Washington is damn close to this.
We just recently won first place for the highest gas prices in the nation. It's asenine (2nd or 3rd highest gas tax in the nation as well. Heck, we might even be number 1 now).

All my personal rigs are diesel so I'm right there for price, gas is a bit "cheaper"

1/4 of the tank is overkill. Anything before the gas light turns on is fairly safe

Bought a couple coho pack-n-carry cases for recovery gear and camping equipment from Costco. After spending all day outside in the AZ heat, then brought inside and left overnight, they were sealed shut until I left them outside again. Decided to add some manual pressure release valves and problem solved.

Pretty decent setup for the price and Costco’s undisputed return policy.

Had a couple of the cheap Harbor Freight Apache cases I wasn’t using. So left them out to bake in the sun, used a vice clamp to press them out, and reinstalled them into the coho packs.

I had looked at dash mounts a while back. Between this one, ICS, and Victory, I was leaning towards ICS but ultimately decided I didn't really need a dash mount considering the price. But, like so many of my other mods I don't really need, when I saw another forum member selling it for a heavy discount I just couldn't help myself. Thanks again @dgrenier15!

Today I used rattle can bedliner to repaint the front bumper. I bought it with PC from Victory 4x4 but powder doesn't stick well to aluminum and it began chipping quite badly within a month. Luckily Victory was nice and refunded the PC charge. It's been on for a couple of years and was looking quite shiny in a lot of spots.

I'm happy with how it turned out. I forgot to tape off the inside edges of the fairlead (i painted it too because it was a silvery color and I had just left it like that until now) and when I felt the texture of the paint I was afraid it would damage my synthetic cable. Luckily I had some 220 grit and I sanded the paint off before it hardened too much so it's smooth again.
