What’s your lighting setup looking like?

I roughly place the brands on the list based on the pricing for the 3" PODs if they have them since that is a very basic item.. so the $$$ for the Extreme LED Lightbars folks.

The knowledge sharing document tab has been updated with about 15 more manufactures since I copy/paste in this thread. There are 58 of them listed as of this post.

I hope for the health of ur 4R’s electrical system the 6.5” 180 watts 13,000 lumens @ 15A is wired correctly in conjunction with other lights you run who cares if it blows a fuse one day, but some dudes have inadvertently caused system damage

 

Imo, For a weekend warrior it is enough, what you have just described. Although, make sure to run amber lights lower to the ground and white lights higher. There is an information about it and fully explained on yt an other forums. Some long time offroaders I met and learned from, told me that also.

You could also upgrade your headlights' bulbs from the oem to vleds for example or some other brand, and that will be awesome for ur needs.

My lights setup is made of:

- fog lights kc hilites, amber
- light bar baja designs, on the stealth bumper, amber
- upgraded headlights' bulbs, vleds
- engine bay lights, white, kc hilites
- roof rack lights kc hilites flex era, combo , white - installing them next month. I will have them curved a bit, as I do not want any ditch lights.

In the near future, I want to add rock lights underneath and one white light in the rear for a better visibility when backing up. Something smaller size.

Someone earlier mentioned about the switch pros panel, which I have and it is a great way to manage all those light options.

 

They’re completely wired independently straight to the battery. They have in-line relay & fuse, its own switch… so far so good. I do check the connections & wires regularly.. is there anything else I should be on the lookout for?

I’m at princess auto killing time while 4R on the lift at shop (just a suspension warranty inspection), and I found my ditch lights…comparable specs to the big guys imo
